Pre-Entry Required:

For pre-entry your name and details must be included on the sheet available at the Club together with the entry fee of $20 by NO LATER THAN TUESDAY 16^th October 2012 and the Club will process your entry with the Competition Manager. 

If you fail to complete the above, a late entry fee will apply (and you will be responsible for your own entry).
