2017 OCEANIA CHAMPIONSHIPS – TONGA – 27TH – 29TH APRIL

Congratulations to the 7 Budokan athletes who competed as part of the Australian Team to the Oceania Continental Union Championships in Tonga just on a month ago. On Tuesday night 11th April, Budokan presented first-time Australian Team representatives Saskia, Amber and Emma with their IJF back-patches. The competition was quite small for an international event; however, was still important in particular for World Ranking List points which is used for seeding in international IJF events. Results for our 7 Budokanis were: 3 x Gold Medals, 2 x Silver Medals, and 1 x Bronze Medal Congratulations to all our guys who put in a strong effort.
