Judo NSW is running weekly training sessions at the Judo NSW Training Centre, Newington Armory, 1 Jamieson St, Silverwater. This training Wednesdays at 7.30pm starting this week (7th Feb) and is suitable for athletes looking to train with the Senior State Squad pre-Nationals including anyone looking to compete in the Kyu Grades division at Nationals. This represents an extra Judo training session in the week for Seniors so will be a worthwhile addition to your program. If in doubt talk to Rob or Kerrye beforehand.
