National Talent Idenification & Development Squad (NTID)

Congratulations to Kevin Da Silva who has been selected to the 2009/10 intake of the 20 strong NTID Squad. He was ranked #1 against the selection criteria. Congratulations to Shaun McDougall who has been selected as a reserve athlete to the 2009/10 NTID Squad. Kevin is the third Budokan athlete to have been selected on the NTID since the squad was established. Previous selected athletes are Nik Zellner and Jake Young.

As you all know, Jake Young left for Japan on Wednesday as part of the 2008/2009 NTID Squad activities. I received a text message last night indicating that their first session was Ok and he coped well with the Japanese training.
