Nationals - Club Technical Session

The club's second technical session will be held on Sunday 24th May. It is being run primarily for Budokan Club athletes who have been training at the State Squad and who have nominated to compete at the Nationals.

The club's second technical session will be held on Sunday 24th May. It is being run primarily for Budokan Club athletes who have been training at the State Squad and who have nominated to compete at the Nationals.

The U/10 and U/13 JFA(NSW) competition is being held on the same day (per the note sent last week) and eligible Juniors have the choice to participate in either the competition or the technical session - please discuss with Kerrye. She will be in attendance at the competition.

The technical session will be a chance to consolidate those strategies which we focussed on in the first session, as well as a further opportunity to practice your specific techniques and strategies. There will be some revision of the posture, grip work and entries for techniques as well as combination and counter techniques. This is not an intensive squad session (ie no randori).
