The official notice of the club’s AGM is attached to the email which accompanies this Newsletter. The notice contains a draft Agenda, a request for Notices of Motion or any other business to discuss, states which Committee positions are up for election, provides a call for nominations of Committee positions, and a form of appointment of proxy (if you can’t make the meeting and wish to vote). The AGM will be followed by an Ordinary Meeting of the Committee.
