On Thursday 17th August between the Junior and Senior classes, the club welcomed the Mayor of the Hills Shire Clr Dr Peter Gangemi and former club member Blacktown City Councillor Mr Michael Stubley. Unfortunately, the Federal Member for Mitchell, The Hon. Alex Hawke MP, had to cancel at the last minute.
- We presented all the club members who represented NSW at the Nationals to the whole club as well as all our current international representatives: Nathan and Josh Katz, Max Zollinger, Bianca Tandean, Crosby Peake, Aaron Xu, and Bernhard and Bjorn Tandean (Kata).
- Finally special presentations of medallions (from the Perth Mint) were made to our 2023 National Championship gold medallists to recognise their achievement: Senior Boys - Nicholas Platonov; Cadet Men/Women - Bianca Tandean, Max Zollinger; Junior Men/Women - Bianca Tandean; No-Limits Men/Women - Bernhard Tandean, Lynne McCredden; Ju-No-Kata - Bernhard and Bianca Tandean; Junior Nage-No-Kata - Trent Black
